I remember reading that when Khomeni returned to power in Iran after the Shah was ousted he forbade electrical imports from the West--except for 2 things--small mechanical saws and some other item I forget--the saws were for amputating the hands of thieves--nice guys!!! And they force the villagers to watch the punishment in the public square--no wonder the children grow up so filled with anger and hatred--they are mentally and emotionally abused from early childhood by their own governments.
