Good thinking....that is not an area where people jog especially at 8:45 on a Tuesday morning when people were streaming into those Towers to get to work. It just is not logical to me....Battery Park is logical but jogging around the World Trade Center is illogical. I have not lived there for a few years and perhaps it has changed but could it be another Arkansas Black Church burning adventure that occurs between the ears and comes out the mouth. The acorn does not fall from the Family Tree is more likely.

I lived 2 blocks over for 10 years and thought the same thing when I read this. The tower area isn't a place where you normally see very many people at that time jogging, especially the former president's daughter no less.
