No, the Gwinnett County fair was not buzzed. that was another fair. Probably the BIGGEST target in the area is the CDC. and maybe, just maybe, the crop duster isn't for spraying chemicals but rather would have a much larger fuel carrying capacity in the extra tanks. more gas, more boom.
