Hey, Bin Laden has the $$$$$$,nothing is too psycho or expensive or bizarre,why not go for broke?

There is a network of medical entities to manufacture and deliver the gooodies and a communication and satalittes system to confuse the evidence, and emergency treatment outfits to misdiagnose etc!
