[history]
WASHINGTON The dual bombings ranked as one of the most insidious acts of terrorism ever committed against the United States: two American embassies in Africa decimated, more than 300 dead, and a shadowy prime suspect, Osama bin Laden, bragging that the battle had just begun.

"Clearly, not enough was done," said Jamie Gorelick, a former deputy attorney general in the Clinton administration. "We should have caught this. Why this happened, I don't know. Responsibilities were given out. Resources were given. Authorities existed. We should have prevented this." Newsflash: It happened because you and your fellow leftist travelers were tying the hands of law enforcement while BJ Clinton spent his days in the Oval Office with his pants around his ankles busying himself with interns and cigars.

He's "compartmentalizing", dontcha know?
Remember that little buzzword around the media? How Clinton could handle everything and then just put it away and address something else - and none of these issues ever ran over into one another?

When some of her friends called her from various embassies around the world, some said welcome to the war. Sad but true. What a prophetic statement!

"Wag the Dog was not only an insult to our political system and The Presidency but more importantly it was a joke on all us average Joes -- They knew their man and Hollywood laughed at us!"
And an insult to the American people!! In my perfect world - an interviewer would never accept the phrase "The American people want or believe, or think" such and such. If the person being interviewed wants to say "I believe etc." fine but never again speak for ME!!!!
