I think the person who alerted us to that story may have thought that the two different fundraisers were the same thing. The article states that Joan Rivers pulled out of a song earmarking donations to the United Way and racism organizations.

So how was that song advertised? I think it is important that when people donate they know exactly where their money is going!!!
