The "Save Bill Maher" Tour Continues

Just saw Bill Maher on Leno tonight. Wonder if we'll next see him on Letterman, Late Night, Late Late Show, Later (can't these guys come up with an original name), Nightline, Meet the Press, Crossfire, The Daily Show, South Park, Home Shopping Network, BET, Big Brother 2, Lost, and "A Very Special Dawson's Creek", trying to pathetically get across what a "true American" he is.

Even if he wasn't trying to insult the military (which I believe he wasn't), there are a whole host of other outrageous things he's done (saying a baby can be killed up to birth because "Duh, it's not outside the womb - right"; defending Clinton - pick your outrage; etc.). It's about time we were able to get these liberals off the air.

I could go on and on. He was a lot of fun to watch when he first came out on the Comedy Channel, but then he realized he could get chicks and invites to the right parties by going hard left.

Can I also say that if I see another segment/interview about how there are Muslims in the U.S. who are not Islamic Fundamentalists, I'll scream. The people who watch these shows are educated enough to know better, and the ones stupid enough to go after the local taxi cab driver are too busy with the farm animals to be watching.

The two "spins" that sound like nails on a blackboard to me is "Islam is a religion of peace", and the reason they did this was because "they hate our freedom". What a bunch of crap. Those spins are pretty bad, but because flags and the word "God" seem to be under attack by the left, I think the ones that really torque me off are "tolerance" and "diversity." Our strength is not our diversity. What crap. Our strength is our morality and ability to judge right from wrong.
