That was interesting. Some Freepers have already posted links to encyclopedia sytle articles on the "just war" doctrine. It seems a _necessary_ condition is that there is a proper declaration of which which names the states or parties against whom war will be waged. Without such a declaration, any war would be immoral, no matter what other conditions are satisfied. That sounded like a harsh condemnation.
