Nuking in ground will create a radiation mess. A few fuel air bombs will wreck the venilation system.

Depends on how the system was designed. If it is similar to NORAD's, then FAEs will have no effect.

Do note that I called for conventional GBU-28s first. I don't know the geological history of the area, but I'm sure there's a few fault lines that can be exploited, which would make the GBU-28s more effective.
