I'm a huge fan of Mr. Clancy, who has proven to be quite a prophet. I assume this is largely because he understands foreign and domestic affairs better than 99% of government employees. Essentially Toricelli was saying that the reputation and good(?) name of the government is more important than the lives of a few thousand Americans. I thought O'Reilly was going to smack him. I wish he had.
