It sounds to me as though you think a kick to the nads is the end all do all for the average male. Should a woman try this on me (or any other virile American Male) She might quickly start wondering why her lips are numb and her vision fading and why that 270 pound MALE is holding her off the ground by her throat....(And wondering why that kick to the nads didn't work)
