So are you "advocating" that if men suddenly disappeared from the face of the Earth, there would be less violence? It's possible, although as the poem goes

For the female of the species, every fiber of her frame

But suppose it's true. So what? It's the nature of men to be more aggressive than women. It's a fact of life, like gravity. Blaming "patriarchy" for war is like blaming the science of plane building for bringing down the World Trade Center. This is how God created us.

The secret of civilization is how to redirect male power into productive venues. It's difficult, as current events demonstrate, but it's our only option. What would the world be like without men? I am not sure, but I (as a guy) would probably not want to live there. On the other hand, hmmm...
