Yes, in Wartime we sometimes do these things, but not much, close your curtains, be in before ten, Most of these things were not put into law, they were part of the overall war effort and people did them voluntarily to help the war effort, but YOU wouldn't know about those things now would you.

Looks like you need to study up on some of your history, and the Japanese to internment camps were executive orders, not laws passed by congress!!
