This will do. We know that the taliban has "kept" Osama for years. Allowing terrorists to live in your country is a bad idea, and we are about to reenforce that point.

My point is that it will not do. The Khobar Towers was Iranians, the WTC in 93 was Sudan, Lockerbie was Libya, Beirut was Lebanese and the PLO. Yemen was aided and abetted by the locals.
