I like the basic idea but would do the following:

1. Identify those countries that harbor or abet terrorists.

2. Require passports for all passengers on US flights or those headed for the US.

3. Do not allow ANY passengers (not matter who they are) from countries that are not with us in fighting terrorists.

4. Do not allow any Americans to travel to any of the terrorist countries or to have ANY financial or economic dealings with such countries or companies in them.

This will make it clear we are unwilling to allow such countries to be part of the civilized world.

That's exactly what Cuban/Americans want regarding Cuba. I hope this incident opens the eyes of Americans that want to go to do bussiness with Castro one of the many friends of the Arab terrorists.
