Then give them 24 more hours. If he "exits the country" tell them they just lost _two_ cities. Continue until they have given us Bin Laden (or his head, I don't really care which), they don't have a single city, town, village, hamlet or shack, or we run out of nukes.
If he makes it out alive, continue as necessary with anyone in the world.
