Actually, YES, it was the fault of those who drew up a treaty that so demeaned Germany (in their eyes) with all of the reparations demanded that the way was paved for a demogogic (sp?) housepainter to come to power in Germany.

I guess Hitler had nothing to do with it. Tell me, do you never hold people responsible for their actions? Or do you only not hold people responsible when it suits?

Hitler was evil personified, true enough, but he would not have come to power had not the stage been set by the Versailles treaty that the "allied" powers jammed down the throats of a VERY proud German people. The reparations demanded totally stifled the German economy and Adolf used that and the spectre of the "EVIL" Jews as his stepping stone to power.

It was Woody Wilson's intervention that made the allied victory possible and THAT led to Hitler. Even Churchill noted this, not long after WWII. You could ALSO make the case that the instability of WWI in Russia led to the 1917 Revolution and the takeover by the Reds after it.

You'd be well advised to actually STUDY history before you regurgitate your public school pap.

Careful -- "A caused C" and "B caused C" aren't always mutually exclusive.
