What a very interesting historical thread. The 9-11 and soon after thread should be printed up as a book. How about it, Free Republic? Maybe the only photos the book should use should be those on the thread itself.

I think that is a great idea... When I couldn't watch any longer (I was at work) Free Republic became my lifeline.

It was a day I'll never forget and I'm very thankful for Free Republic and all the Freepers here .. It was a very scary day for all

I did print this and a few other threads and put them in safe keeping for my children, so they will know what that day was like.

My parents generation always said .. Never forget Pearl Harbor

Our generation will say ... Never forget 9/11

I just pray that our children's generation will never have to say .. never forget ....
