Every so often, I come back to this place to relive what happened to us on that day. We are all joined by those events. I lost my best friend that morning. I can't believe how the months and years have passed and how far we have drifted. So much of what I was is back there, getting smaller and smaller as the distance increases. I guess this is what keeps me coming back...wanting to remember as a silent witness in a silent prayer.
9/11/01 changed my life forever. I can't believe NYC residents would even consider voting for a John Kerry as president.
