How am I abusing the breaking news box by reporting this story?

Is enough important enough?

How many people in the country even know about this?

Who in the mainstream media has reported this subpoena from Congress ordering Ashcroft to turn over these documents?

Is there some reason you don't want people to know about this?

Do you complain when people post endless non-news threads under breaking?

I still believe that Ashcroft is not or will not protect Clinton. He is working from the former Reno Justice Department, and his entire career has been one of honor.

As I mentioned before, I believe there is a lot more to the investigation, and it will not die with Ashcroft. Perhaps the question should be, why the subpoena, and why now?

Ashcroft will obey the law...whatever that is determined to be.I have no idea what the full story is on this but think politically for a moment... Suppose Congress drags something good out of the Justice department, Bush can wash his hands of it instead of being tarred with the label that he is Partisan,therefore giving the stuff some credibility...If it all becomes another Republican vs. Dems drama we all loose

Ashcroft will obey the law...whatever that is determined to be.

For Ashcroft to obey the law all his has to do is hand over the evidence that Congress has ordered him to do by a subpoena. He is required to turn it over on the 11th of September at 5:00pm to the Rayburn Buiding.

There is no determining to it!
