Naturally if they have thought of themselves as just like legal residents and citizens for all these years, they are going to demand in-state college tuition rates too. Of course they consider themselves "legal".
I, Mercuria, am an invader who just happened to be born here.
That's the entire mindset of reconquista.
A group of people who thinks it is ENTITLED to the status and rights of citizens (or rather, the status and rights of SUPERIOR citizens) as the individuals of said group live and work here without having any desire to become actual citizens - in fact, while retaining the citizenship of their home country and sending a majority of their money to prop up their home country's government knowing it creates a burden on the people of the country they're leeching off of - are here for more than just "making a better life" for themselves.

Why should non-citizen LAWBREAKERS receive relief from the extraordinary cost of higher education when out-of-state U.S. CITIZENS receive none? Not to worry. The bush will soon correct this glitch. In the meantime, take a Valium and and go to "A Day In the Life of Bush" where Howlin will offer generous appraisals of other posters.

Lara argues that illegal immigrant students are a lost resource, who would be much better used than high tech workers who are imported from abroad. This is really funny, illegal advocate taking a swipe at skilled immigrants who at least had lawful documentation for entry into the United States.

Well...I just heard Dick Morris call V. Fox a "saint" on Hannity and Colmes. And Hannity is singing the praises of Bush on this thing too. There goes any respect I had for Hannity. He is a Bush yesman. Fox On Fox!
Of course, Murdoch is more conservative than your more visible media globalist shill...

That's completely People's Republic of California-esque: destroy the right of American citizens to keep and bear arms, but treat illegal aliens as though they were citizens in good standing.Leftists are shameless, insidious parasites!

**Did you know some enterprising FReepers actually made bumper stickers with that slogan to "promote" Villaraigosa? BWAHA!!!**

Well put. I am starting to think the same damn thing.

Open the borders, by all means...but no unwelcome "aliens" on certain FR Threads, please. **chuckle**

Whoa, gmta. My son was told recently to go back to Europe, so you know the kids hear this stuff at home. Hopefully, if we are going to be allowed to be invaded, these folks will adjust to our live and let live way of life.

Sadly, the RINO's will probably run a spineless candidate for Governor in the Huffington, Lungren, Fong mold who concurs with this anti-sovereignty, invasionist crap. Bush and his people support the idea of good ol' Richard "RINO" Riordan as governor of California.
Riordan endorsed Feinstein as Senator...and Antonio Villaraigosa, former MEChA bigshot who dodged questions about the ideology of Reconquista, as his mayoral successor.
Can someone please explain to President Bush that an "incremental" shift to the right for our state and nation is NOT going to occur with the likes of Ricky Riordan?

But skilled, lawfully-documented immigrants aren't here "for better lives for themselves" like the noble illegals! Get yer head out of the sand! < /sarcasm >
