FIRST ON FOX: A Republican firebrand is pushing legislation to abolish some of the most influential Democratic groups in Congress.
Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., introduced a resolution Thursday barring the formation of House caucuses organized around race, ethnicity or national origin.
If adopted, the measure would effectively force the dissolution of Democrat-aligned groups, including the Congressional Black Caucus, the Congressional Hispanic Caucus and the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus.
The proposal could also affect GOP-affiliated organizations, including the Black Republican Congressional Staff Association, the GOP Latino Staff Association and the Republican Asian American Staff Association.

Tax dollars help finance the Congressional Hispanic Caucus (CHC)—often referred to as the House Latino Caucus—because it is a registered Congressional Member Organization (CMO).The public financing of this caucus operates through the following mechanisms:
Staff and Resource Sharing: CMOs do not receive a direct, independent budget from the U.S. Treasury. Instead, they are funded through individual Members’ Representational Allowances (MRA). Tax dollars allocated to individual Representatives’ office budgets can be transferred to the caucus, by written agreement, to cover staff salaries and operational costs.
Official Travel and Communications: Caucus members use their MRAs (which are funded by tax dollars) to travel on official business, host briefings, and communicate with constituents about the caucus’s legislative priorities.
Rules and Regulations: The operations and permitted funding transfers for CMOs are regulated by the Committee on House Administration.

Taxpayer dollars do not directly finance the operations of the Congressional Asian Pacific American Caucus (CAPAC). Like other official Congressional caucuses, CAPAC is funded through the Members’ Representational Allowance (MRA), which covers necessary office expenses, staff salaries, and materials for official duties.
While no direct funding goes to the caucus itself, non- profit organizations often associated with or created to support the caucus, such as the Asian Pacific American Institute for Congressional Studies (APAICS), rely entirely on private funding rather than tax dollars.
These 501(c)(3) entities are funded by philanthropic grants, corporate sponsorships, and private donations from groups such as Microsoft, Amazon, and Walmart.
She would be helping the Democrats doing this. Right now Hispanic and black caucus are at odds. Gays and trannies at odds. Why not mind your own party and let the Democrats keep their destructive identity politics?

The Members’ Representational Allowance (MRA) is a consolidated annual budget provided to Members of the U.S. House of Representatives to operate their personal offices.
It is used to pay for “ordinary and necessary” official expenses, including staff salaries, district office rent, equipment, official travel, and constituent communications (such as mail).
The MRA provides Representatives with flexibility and is customizable to the needs of their specific districts.
