Boston police are investigating the discovery Saturday of a dead body that was found at a property that is owned by the husband of Congresswoman Ayanna Pressley of Massachusetts.
Police spokesperson James Moccia told CBS News Boston officers were called to 25 Malta Street in Boston's Mattapan neighborhood at 1:52 p.m. "for a report to investigate a person."
When they arrived, they found the person deceased, Moccia said.
Moccia did not have any further details and said the homicide unit is handling the investigation. A Boston police cruiser was seen outside the home Saturday evening and it was sealed off with red crime scene tape.

Oh, the ol’ Mattapan dead body routine eh? I worked for a company out of their in the early 80’s ....lets just say it’s dark in broad daylight there. Originally years ago it was a heavily Jewish town/neighborhood but it became black and the Jewish population went to Sharon or Milton....Not a nice place...been riddled with crime for a good half century.

Conan Harris did a stretch in prison for drug trafficking. Now he’s a businessman who’s accused of corruption in deals with the state goverment.
Andrea Campbell, MA AG, comes from a criminal family. Once upon a time, her grandfather’s and father’s and two brothers’ criminal records might have been an obstacle to AC becoming the state chief law woman, but not any more.
Rental property. I wonder if they've been reporting the income they've received from renting it out.
