Even more effective would be to eliminate the associate justice seats and then reconstitute them.

If that’s the way they want to play, we can play that game as well.

Unfortunately that would pretty much blow up our constitutional system of government to have that kind of “tit for tat” use of the Court system. The Democrats are literally insane.

Nobody will pay any attention to a packed court. 7-6 rulings will be ignored as illegitimate, as they should be.

That's why nobody has packed the court, not even FDR.

Nine has been the number of SCOTUS Justices since this number was codified by Congress in 1869.

The whole point is to prevent Republicans regaining power.

At that point, voting our way out will be permanently closed off.
