Can over rulings be expedited to the USSSC due to the urgency of upcoming mid term elections?
of course it will be ... after the election.
They play this game every election. Laws are passed, then shortly before election some leftist judge throws the laws out. After the election, laws are ruled constitutional.
Then the same is repeated the next election. As long as they can get at least one judge to strike down the law before the election, they can continue to cheat in the current election.
That is a win for the dems, also. They just want to keep it constantly in the courts in order to give them more room to wholly ban guns when they are in a position to pack the USSC.
