Elon Musk has stoked outrage on social media over the Henry Nowak case as police face backlash after arresting the dying 18-year-old amid bogus racism allegations from his Sikh killer.
The tech billionaire, 54, has retweeted several posts which have criticised both Hampshire Police as well as the press for an alleged lack of coverage regarding Mr Nowak's murder on December 3, 2025.
Earlier this week, Vickrum Digwa, 23, was found guilty of murder after stabbing the university student to death with an eight-inch ceremonial knife as he walked home from a night out in Southampton.
During a trial at Southampton Crown Court, a video was played to the jury where Digwa could be heard telling his victim, 'I am a bad man', to which Mr Nowak replied: 'Are you a b...', before the footage cut off moments before the fatal attack.
The Sikh killer lied to police, launching false allegations of racism against Mr Nowak, which resulted in police arresting the mortally wounded teenager as he died from his injuries - drowning in his own blood.
The 23-year-old murderer also told the court a 'wicked lie' claiming he had acted in self-defence against the university student, alleging Mr Nowak had hurled a racist insult towards him, knocked his turban off and struck him.
But his bogus claims were rejected by the jury, who later found him guilty of the unlawful killing of the 'kind, intelligent and talented' 18-year-old Southampton University student.
Meanwhile, amid furious political backlash from the likes of Reform leader Nigel Farage over Mr Nowak's death, Hampshire Police apologised for handcuffing the dying teenager.

Minimum term for this conviction is 25 years. Hopefully the judge adds another 5+ years for his persistent lies so a 30+ year sentence seems in order?
I also hope his mom gets jailtime for assisting (she was also convicted) but not sure
The Judge is likely to find some excuse for as lenient a sentence as he can possible give. They have done so in other cases where the guilty party is non white.
For sure sue the officers. Scare the rest of these lefty turds into some common sense. Matter of Elon should get a few UK pc officer lawsuits going. Of course the victim has to agree to sue.

The least he can give is 25 years but a good case for him getting 30 or 35 years for lying throughout the case. I’m sure the judge will take that into account

The officers involved should be criminally charged. In the United States, there are depraved indifference laws. Surely the UK must have something similar.
Or are agents of the British Deep State immune to such changes?

Idiot judges are a MAJOR reason western countries have disintegrated into lawless, barbarian societies which are rapidly becoming death traps for law-abiding citizens.
The officers have been referred to the IOPC (Independent Office for Police Conduct.) This is in any case mandatory whenever there’s a death in police custody. The IOPC then conducts its own investigation, which can lead to disciplinary action, or prosecution of the officers, or both.
The system is pretty robust.
The local force can also be sued in the civil courts for wrongful arrest. This frequently happens, successfully, with large fines imposed.

How does it work in the UK? Have the names of the officers involved been released? If not, will they be released?
I’ve read elsewhere that the officer who handcuffed a dying Nowak laughed as she did so.
And the cops searched Nowak‘s phone and his dad’s phone, looking for racist comments. Their hope was to find something to show that Nowak was indeed a racist.

His so called religion requires he carry a knife. He had a very small one on a lanyard around his next to satisfy that ‘religion’ aspect. But he also carried the 8” blade. And for what? Ask him and he’ll tell another lie again.
The officers will likely claim they were unaware that he had been stabbed, and had they realized the source of the blood it wouldn’t suggest he was badly injured. And upon dying, they believed there was another cause that Nowak had failed to treat. You watch. Wiggle words will fly like monkeys.
