Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) responded to the news that Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice David Wecht is leaving the Democratic Party over rising antisemitism, stating that the party needs to “confront its own rising antisemitism problem.”

In a post on X, Fetterman shared a photo of an article from Politico regarding Wecht announcing that he was leaving the Democratic Party and becoming an independent. Fetterman noted that while he is not switching his party affiliation, he understood Wecht’s “personal choice.”
“I know David and his legendary father, Cyril,” Fetterman said. “As I’ve affirmed, I’m not changing my party—but I fully understand David’s personal choice. The Democratic Party must confront its own rising antisemitism problem.”

The rats also want to kick Fetterman out of their Marxist party as sometimes he doesn’t comply, however another RINO in the GOPe would not be welcome.
Plus the MSM and the dems (even some conservative podcasters) are all worked up about the Iran standoff and the elections this fall and the despicable sellouts in the Senate (Thune & Co) can’t pass the SAVE Act anyway. To hell with them and the GOPe, they will lose anyway for lack of turnout. Then again Fetterman would fit right in with this pack of RINOs.

One huge mistake of the Israel boosters was conflating the Israel critical movement with anti-semitism. There are, no doubt, Jew haters but most earnest types only want the "Isreal lobby" and Israel first elitists out of our government, media... even CHURCHES.
Also, amongst Israel criticals, most don't want bad things to happen to Israel or, particularly, Jews. They're just disgusted, along with countless JEWS, by what they see in Gaza, Lebanaon etc. The Netanyahu/Givr/Fine wing, has brought more hell on their cause than any Muzloid or Nazi could dream. They've made alot of mistake - and a lot of enemies.
Lastly, to your point, those voting against "anti-semitism" are a distinct minority. I would guess the number of races determined by it , in either party, will be close to zero. In fact, the tide seems to be turning *against the "Israel lobby. It's now more likely to be a liability than asset.
I think Fetterman is talking like he has “national” intentions.

You assume you know the substance of Fetterman’s remarks, which are in reaction to Judge Wecht’s quitting the Democrat Party, and go into the usual crap. Save the boiler-plate “rebuttal” and address some specifics.
I’d rather the GOP had a worthy opponent. They’re getting pathetic. The Federalists, the Whigs, the Bull Moose parties all ended. The Democrats are resembling their former mascot more and more, ambling around, occasionally exploding.

Just like the people who complain about anti-Israel protests on elite college campuses often have little to say about the same universities having curricula devoted to attacking "white privilege" (i.e. attacking white people for the crime of existing).
I’d love a real choice, too.
Maybe an actual, small l, libertarian party, that wants to cut spending for real, instead of whatever the hell the Libertarian party is, that isn’t just a selectively isolationist party against doing anything that might indirectly help Israel.
But it’s not going to happen.
