President Trump started this by setting forth clear goals. He has strayed way far away from his original objectives.

I don’t see the goals changing at all. I see reporting on goals changing all the time. Lots of reporting by entities antithetical to President Trump.

President Trump, as usual, is using his rhetoric to keep his adversaries on their heels. I have not heard him say anything opposite to his stated goals.
