I don't know the details but I'm sure Hegseth did not do this cavalierly. There must be good justification.
He’s running a Department of War, not a Department of DEI and Diversity.
We’ll see what comes up on their social media.

How many others have been removed from the list and of what other colors and stripe? Removals from the list happen all the time. That is how the pyramid of promotion gets smaller at the top. Not everybody will set a trophy.
These are “promotional” lists. They are promotion lists. Is this supposed to be an ad agency?
The military has been quite active.
The leaders that have done well are the ones typically eligible to be moved up.
New technology such as drones can create openings.

I bet all four were too vocal about supporting DEI.
“Patton” had only one black guy his aide de camp.
They already maxxed out their Peter Principle.
According to Hegseth’s Chief of Staff, “Trump would not want to stand next to a Black female officer at military events.”
Difficult to believe Pete’s COS would say something that stupid. Smells MSM BS to me.

The only “racial and gender bias” is in the DEI promotions demanded. Promotions should be based strictly on merit.
