No, more like the President doesn't have unlimited authority over the economy and immigration.
He's won the majority of the immigration cases, as well as a majority of the cases regarding the scope of Presidential appointment powers.
This court actually cares about separation of powers. It has slapped down things like the Chevron doctrine and Humphrey's Executor because they were improper attempts by Congress to expand its power, and they just did the same to the President on this issue of tariffs.
Why do you think the Scumpreme Court pulled this crap this morning when the President was meeting with the hate-filled RAT governors?
The questions about immigration and tariffs are different. In the case of immigration he is just enforcing the law. (How radical!) In the case of immigration he is trying to impose taxes by executive authority and with out authorization by Congress.
Unlikely in this court at least on the left. The left has purosly installed far left goons on the court who usually vote our side out at least 90% of the time. Those who cant see that are not looking.
There may have been a time in the history of the court when they cared about the basics such as separation of powers but those days are far behind us.
