Authorities in Massachusetts charged two Haitian men with SNAP program fraud amounting to over $7 million on Wednesday.
The suspects, 74-year-old Antonio Bonheur and 21-year-old Saul Alisme, each face one charge of food stamp fraud. District of Massachusetts U.S. Attorney Leah Foley said the two men used small storefronts, the Jesula Variety Store and Saul Mache Mixe Store, to redeem the SNAP benefits sometimes amounting to $500,000 per month.
"These were not supermarkets. They were not full-service groceries. It would be a huge stretch to even call them convenience stores," Foley said at a Wednesday press conference. "The only thing convenient about these stores was how easy it was to commit SNAP benefit fraud."

I find the scale of these frauds staggering. Most white collar frauds are in hundreds of thousands range. Pocket change as it turns out.
>>If convicted, the two men face up to five years in prison as well as three years of supervised release and a fine of up to $250,000.
Odd... No mention of deportation...
Usda employee Arlasa Davis was convicted of 65 million snap fraud scheme and is going to serve 2 years for that. 😳 crime does pay.
Businesses watch their accounts more carefully than the government does.
Only $7 million? Amateurs. Somalis could have stolen ten times that.
Especially when the party in power is getting a sizable cut.
HERE'S HOW THE PROFESSIONAL CRIMINALS DO IT:
If you are in the growing group of those who NEVER wish to receive another disturbing 20 minute video from me, if you fail to watch this GLENN BECK expose of the FRAUD known as the FEDERAL RESERVE, please, for your kids and grand kids, let this be the last one! If you CARE, SHARE...IF YOU DARE!

With no oversight committees on fed hand out programs it’s a mecca for theft for years D.C. hands out such things and have no clue what could go wrong but what the hell it gets votes.
At “up to” $500,000 per month it would take over 14 months to rack up $7 million.
Why did it take the government over 14 months to notice that something was wrong here? Since each SNAP outlet has unique identifying numbers and accounts, how hard would it be to set limits that would sound the alarm when claims exceeded them? Then stop all payments until the situation was investigated and proved to be legit. The same concept would stop medical billing fraud before millions of dollars were lost.
Government = maladministration by design.
