BOISE, Idaho (KBOI) — A man who had an outstanding federal warrant involving U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) was arrested in connection with a crash that killed an 8-year-old girl in Idaho, according to officials.
The City of Boise identified the driver as Elvin Ramos-Caballero.

If ICE detained this person on November 11, why are charges not yet forthcoming and publicly specified?
What, precisely, is the immigration status of one Mister Elvin Ramos-Caballero? Is he an illegal alien?
Does Elvin Ramos-Caballero possess a drivers license? If so, from what state? Does he have the required insurance? Does he speak and read English?
It's been eleven days since the tragedy, we would appreciate more information.

Likely, and also likely on the voter rolls because of motor voter. But, he won’t show up on election day. Too risky, and he really doesn’t care.
But, he will have a pre-printed, pre-filled ballot mailed in for him.

There have been many dead little girls, killed by despicable people. And they have been processed through an impartial and fair justice system, except when hot heads lynched them in the name of the dead little girl, who remained dead, her thoughts about the lynching or the trial unknowable. Other little girls just fell out of a tree or a window. Nobody to hang or jail over it.
You can’t hang this man, but you can graft a tracer into his a@@, scrotum or spinal column and deport him, after he serves his sentence. Then any time he crosses the border, he sets off an alarm, and ICE is on him, and they will not waste on him much kindness.
The wretched refuse turned its nose up at this human turd, but the huddled masses might be ok with him.

If he can be nailed for treason, they might hang him. And it would make a difference, even if his ticket is nearly up. Because he’d be disgraced worse than Nixon, Clinton, or Andrew Johnson. No fancy state funeral, no moronic eulogies, just a grave in Delaware somewhere. Maybe some of the young girls he creepily put hands on will come visit his final resting place to spit on it.
That’s the problem with this situation. Taxpayers are spending money on this guy and then the thousands to deport him. I bullet is less then a buck. No wonder this country has a $38 TRILLION deficit.
If he’s got a tracer where he can’t have it removed, that would be a big savings. ICE just shows up the moment the grafted GPS indicates he’s on the wrong side of the Rio Grande again, and they escort him back ungently and leave him someplace unpleasant, like the desert. Big savings to the taxpayers. Should a rattler end him, no great loss. Due process has been served.
