Google and others in big tech favor nationalizing AI policy, I'm not sure why Trump is throwing in with the wokesters at big tech, but this is wrong.

Under the 10th amendment, this nationalization should be unconstitutional. Trump should not take the side of the left wing, Trump should support the Constitution, federalism, and continuing what he started in reducing the size and scope of the federal government. Nationalizing laws like this only increases government's size.

Government only makes things worse. AI is bad enough and creepy enough on its own without big government making things maximally bad.

Sarah Conner: I don’t understand.
Kyle Reese: Defense network computers. New... powerful... hooked into everything, trusted to run it all. They say it got smart, a new order of intelligence. Then it saw all people as a threat, not just the ones on the other side. Decided our fate in a microsecond: extermination.

Welp, on the bright side, the kids won’t have to worry about 50 trillion in national debt.

Yes it is absolutely wrong. Looks like Trump has been a NWO plant the whole time... He is right in there with digitally enslaving the world.

Trump wants to layoff even more Americans as the pace is not fast enough so we all are jobless...

Please be gentle with your fellow Freepers; many are still holding tight to their cultish devotion to Trump.

This is actually Vance behind this big Tech takeover. He has convinced Trump it is good for the economy. All Trump has to hear is the keyword economy and he is all in no matter what it is. This one is a huge mistake.

I mean really, would it be intelligent to grant blanket immunity from liability to the whole car industry? Or aircraft industry? Or Big Pharma? Who do these communist leftist tech companies think they are to be any better?

Vance is just a creation of Thiel.
Thiel is a massive surveil-and-control CIA-cutout globalist.

All the big Tech and Pharma Bros bought their seats at the table with donations to Trump’s campaign, inauguration, WH ballroom, etc.

Of course, Vance, like RamaSwampy and RamaSwampy’s brother, is invested in mRNA jab factories.

Then the whole Trump family has been paid off with billions in crypto and overseas investments.

I don’t think this is constitutional. Whatever powers that are not given to the fed gov via the Constitution are automatically the powers of individual states. I haven’t been able to find AI in that document.

I’m not at all impressed with AI. It only knows what it has been fed and can be easily politically corrupted.

ā€œI’m not at all impressed with AI. It only knows what it has been fed and can be easily politically corruptedā€

I consider AI to be Wikipedia on steroids. It will be useful for anything that is completely factual such as who won the 1975 masters golf tournament. It will be worse than useless for anything remotely political because it will have been corrupted.

The leftist propaganda media seems to repeat a lie for even longer than it used to just to get their dishonest viewpoint or completely fabricated story more available for AI to sweep up.

“I don’t think this is constitutional.”

It is not. States rights and laws aside... Government cannot grant immunity to private parties against Civil liability.

For all of AI’S glaring errors on subjects I’m familiar with, I keep hearing how it’s supposed to think like people. In my opinion, it’s past time to consider exactly which people it’s thinking like.

No.

We need the courts to overturn the progressive interstate commerce clause that was invented with Wickard v. Filburn and restore the commerce clause that the Founders actually gave us.

It was never a gold card for government to take command of the economy. Command and control was anathema to the Founding.

THIS is what I dont understand about Pres Trump!

All these companies are laying off people by the hundreds, the thousands and tgeres nary a pero out of the White House aa to how it s going to deal with this in full blown AI.

Last night I saw something about AI reading xrays ..I guess Radiology docs will lose their jobs too

It looks to me that AI is the precursor to UBI

The Fairfax County school district here in Northern Virginia is experimenting with AI generated lesson plans and tests, ā€œfreeing up teachers for more classroom activities ā€œ.

This will pretty much end the need for teaching certificates, and eventually, teachers.
