OAKLAND, Calif. - FBI agents were seen swarming an Oakland apartment early Wednesday morning, and hours later, the U.S. Attorney's Office announced the federal grand jury indictment of nine men on charges of racketeering conspiracy in connection with two murders, three attempted murders, narcotics and firearms distribution, and other related crimes allegedly committed for two Oakland-based Sureño street gangs.

WON’T DO
Oakland is one of those towns where local law enforcement has an interlocking directorate with criminal gangs. Also an important sea port.
I bet there are lots of cops in San Francisco who would like very much to be allowed to do their jobs, but the city's politicians won't let them.
That tells us all we need to know about the state of things (no pun intended) in the state of Commiefornia.
Federal grand jury indictment in the Oakland district? They walk.
