All of the “lesser” courts are creations of Congress. SCOTUS is a co-equal branch, though just barely, and certainly not by intent.

The Supreme Court makes these decisions because they are major issues affecting the whole country.
So much for a JD being an actual education in the practice of law.
If these are federal district court judges, looking for the reason for a “judicial crisis”, all they have to do is go look in the bathroom mirror.
As far as the Constitution goes there is only one federal court, the Supreme court.
All the politically created “lower courts” are all inferior to the Supreme court.
Good for Trump to start ignoring these inferior courts.
Courts do not make law nor can they enforce it.
