Loreto Ricardo Hernandez is one of six farmworkers who was killed in the DUI crash on Pope Valley Road in Napa County earlier this month, as the group he was with traveled from Stockton. ABC7 News previously spoke with his family, who is still waiting for the first step towards justice.

The driver of the crash survived, and at last check was still in the hospital. ABC7 News is not naming the driver as he has not yet appeared in court.

Now, an ICE spokesperson has issued a statement referring to the driver suspected of DUI and, in turn, facing six murder charges

(He) repeatedly entered our country unlawfully after being removed, in violation of our laws. Unfortunately, due to (his) continued disregard for the laws within the United States and California's sanctuary laws has led to this tragic incident. Sanctuary laws continue to place the American public in danger and only protect the criminal aliens."

The Napa county farm employers that sell their expensive wines don’t really care about this news.

Guess where the Dims are going on a luxury retreat soon?

Yes, the Napa wine country. The government can shut down, but they’ll get free wine tasting galore.

They want “justice”? I suggest they take their ass home and get it in their own country so we can get some “justice” without illegal alien foreigners tying up all of the “Dipstick” courts armed with ditzy “judgeez”.

Blue state politicians also could not care less about a bunch of dead illegals. Heck, blue staters are responsible for, what, the murders of over 50 million unborn?

Blue staters, even the little old blue haired democrats, are monsters. The deaths of humans means nothing as long as they push their nefarious agenda.

Good, I don’t want any Democrats to pollute the fine wineries and resorts that are found throughout Texas. I’m very partial to the Hill Country, particularly Driftwood and Fredericksburg. My favorite DFW winery is Lost Oak winery in Burleson, where my daughter has been a club member for over 10 years. Texas wineries are very family friendly, snobbery is frowned upon.

As to the quality of wine, friends visiting from California enjoyed the wines, and were shocked by the prices as compared to Napa. One could say the same thing about wine from Medford and Roseburg Oregon, where my parents resided in retirement.
