It’s not a reaction, fighting back, or a shift in tone.
They have ALWAYS been this hateful, threatening and dangerous. They just got caught doing it with respect to an outright sniper assassination of a prominent republican during a peaceful college appearance.
Most people recognize how serious that is, but they don’t care. They hate us and want us silenced and dead. That’s what you do to Nazi KKK mad murderers.
In just my little town, working with a guy who’s friends with the local democrats, I asked him (long before this) why they hate certain republican businessmen.
He answered without skipping a beat “They think all Republicans are Nazis”.
