no male has ever given birth before. Ever. So yeah
Saying that men cannot birth babies is stating a fact .
This is what happens when you inject radical-left-fascism into the Twilight Zone.
The only reason the courts are favoring Mr. Yarborough is because should he win, it will make it much easier for military members to express liberal talking points while in uniform as well. All the service members who lost their jobs due to comments about the death of Charlie Kirk (RIP) would have grounds to sue for reinstatement.
I agree with what Mr. Yarborough said, but it was unwise to do it while in uniform.
OK - I read it over and over. What was the punishment? A letter of reprimand?
“”All the service members who lost their jobs due to comments about the death of Charlie Kirk (RIP) “”
Source???
Glad he can proceed, but his right to do so should be specifically codified, with massive punitive damages for violations. Congressional Republicans: are you awake enough to do this?

There is a big difference. Mr. Yarborough was stating a biological fact.
Not a political talking point.
Sincere questions here... HOW was it unwise? If replying with a basic factual statement is now "unwise", are they simply never allowed to speak at all? The vast difference between fact and opinion should be more than enough to prevent those liberal talking points.
Big Brother and his secular religion believe otherwise.
Which likely means Big Brother is the son of Satan.

Meanwhile, here are a Lt Colonel’s wife and kids (disgusting)
He wasn’t giving an anatomy lecture on base. It was said in a political context. Inappropriate in that uniformmed setting, IMO.
Haven't seen any separated, removed for 'lack of judgement' 'lost confidence in their ability to lead' is what will kill any career aspirations. No one wants someone who gets blown up by that, basically too stupid to be an officer.
Men can’t give birth = FACT
Liberal talking point to the contrary = LIE
No they’re not the same.
The context doesn’t matter. It is lying to say otherwise. There is nothing offensive or political for saying men can’t birth babies.
As a woman, I am offended that we are forced to pretend men can have a baby just to please the whackos seeking legitimacy of their mental illness.
If men can birth babies, then 2 + 2 doesn't equal 4, and service members can deem their paychecks to be whatever they want them to be.
Saying the member shouldn't have made the statement that "men cannot birth babies" while in uniform, is the same as saying that no servicemember in uniform can say "2 + 2 does not equal 5", and almost every instructor, including those at the service academies, needs to face the same charges.
I'm not a veterinarian but I know what a dog is. Since cats can identify as dogs, the military police need to start training cats and chickens tomorrow.
The air force, what can you say?
