We should be able to execute an animal liked this within weeks, not months or years, of guilty verdict.
There is absolutely no reason for this animal to be fed, housed and entertained at taxpayer expense for years.
He’s been diagnosed as mentally ill and with a documented history of delusion and hallucinations. They won’t execute him.
Whoo, boy. The defense is going to have a field day with President Trump’s prejudicial statement. There’s no way that perp can get a fair trial anywhere in the USA now. President Trump might have supremely screwed the pooch with that statement.
I agree with him 100%, but that is not something a POTUS should ever say.
President Trump could have capitalized on this murder by saying we need to accelerate opening new mental hospitals, built a LOT of them, reversing the horrendous policies that started in the 1960s that “deinstitutionalized” mentally ill people, and reinstating involuntary commitment for the most violent anti-social people.

The same is true for a multitude of worthless people. They can’t be reformed and deterrence is of no use for them. I listened to the talking heads and some of the experts calling for swift justice and how it was necessary to show there are consequences for actions. How about prevention? Some people are just dangerous mentally sick people. Society today just encourages their actions and feeds their hatred.
I’m sick and tired of “alleged” when guilt is clear as day. There was a double murder in our town a year ago. It was on surveillance camera. I read yesterday the trial will not take place until 2027. Why in hell’s name not? The filthy perp is a career criminal. He needs to be taken out and shot like a rabid dog. We just don’t need this.

I hate to say it, but you are right.
They will put him in prison for 2-6 years and he will be let out.
They will claim he is mentally incompetent to receive the death penalty. He will probably be institutionalized rather than imprisoned. He should be fed to hungry dogs.
He needs to be locked up for life - and should have been long ago.

Everyone has seen the video of him doing it. Everyone has heard about it. Many people on the train witnessed him doing it. You can’t get a more clear cut case than this one.
Every animal I’ve ever had shouldn’t be compared to this DEMON. These monsters are straight from hell.
Proof that someone did something isn’t the only element involved in a verdict.
Alan Deshowitz or some other high profile attorney will take his case Pro Bono just for the free advertising.
Then he will be found to be Insane and spend the rest of his life locked up.
