Misdirection and gaslighting on your part. Vattel wrote his legal treatise about "Natural Law", which is one part of two parts of law, i.e., "Natural Law" deduced from the laws of nature and "Positive Law", laws created by man such as common laws and civil laws. All nations, including the United States, are governed by Natural Law, the Laws of Nature. And "Natural Law" is an innate part of U.S. Law. The Laws of Nature was cited in our Declaration of Independence. Natural Law and the Laws of Nature are fundamental parts of Citizenship law. That is one reason Vattel's treatise on Natural Law was cited in the Moncada decision, and that Vattel has also been cited by U.S. Supreme Court cases as the best legal treatise on Citizenship. You can try and diminish Natural Law and Vattel legal treatise about it, but in the end you will be only fooling yourself. Natural Law IS part of U.S. law.
