DC Mayor Muriel Bowser is all for this. She has ordered the police to cooperate fully with the National Guard. The residents of DC are happy with this too. The Left's talking points are totally in the sewer.

If they arrest 5000 criminals and the courts let them back out, can you really say this is working. Give the city back to Maryland and just keep the downtown office area. like they did on the Virginia side.

This has been very successful but is not sustainable over the long term. Its going to get expensive and the National Guard was not set up for long term domestic deployment. And there are risks - if a Guard soldier kills someone, the Lib media is going to go insane. So there needs to be a transition plan.
