Very simple.

I purchased dried green peas. Not split peas. They are sold in 1 lb packages in the grocery store. I purchased 50 lb organic bulk for $75 so I don’t mess with the small bags anymore.

I soak them overnight and sprout them in the dark for ten days.

That’s it. Green pea sprouts that are kept in the dark are very high in DAO Enzyme. You can keep them in the fridge and eat them. That’s all you need to do.

When you eat them, it feels like you took a Benadryl in about 15 minutes, with no drowsiness.

I have a commercial freeze dryer, so I lower the plate temp to 95 degrees as heating over 104 degrees destroys the enzyme. I make a gallon of the powder per batch. It’s 100% pure, no additives.

I powder the results in a blender, screen them to remove any large pea particles, and put them in capsules.

They are 100% pea sprouts.

PS. Caffeine in coffee destroys the DAO enzyme in your body.

I became a coffee addict to try and get rid of the brain fog and fatigue. It started a downward spiral as I would crash about an hour after drinking coffee.

DAO enzyme is very high in the womb of a pregnant woman and in the breast milk for the first day or so after birth. It’s also in the colostrum, or fresh milk after a cow births a calf. It’s the reason breast fed babies are less colicky.

I use the pea sprout powder I make to supplement the newborn calves on the dairy farm as it gets rid of the nasal congestion and scours, without using antibiotics.

But if Big Pharma is not paid to produce these drugs, how will be be able to afford their campaign donations and donations to the Pols favorite charities?

Aren’t a lot of these anti-histamine drugs contributing factors to dementia when given to seniors? I lost my husband to alzheimers couple of years ago, I recall reading that he should not be taking allergy meds or sleep aides.

Anticholinergic antihistamines, such as diphenhydramine (Benadryl), block the neurotransmitter acetylcholine in the brain. This can lead to cognitive impairments, including memory loss and confusion.

Long-term use of anticholinergic antihistamines is associated with an increased risk of dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. One study found that people who took anticholinergic medications for more than 10 years had a 50% higher risk of developing dementia compared to those who did not take these medications.

Acetylcholine is involved in the formation and retrieval of memories in the hippocampus region of the brain. Low levels (deficiency) of acetylcholine play an important role in several diseases, the most common being:

Alzheimer’s disease. People who have Alzheimer’s disease don’t have enough acetylcholine in their brains.

Too high a level of acetylcholine is harmful too. A buildup of acetylcholine in the synapses paralyzes muscles, which can lead to death. This is how Sarin gas and the bite of a black widow spider kills.

Cholinesterase is an enzyme that breaks down acetylcholine in the body. Cholinesterase inhibitors are used to treat Alzheimer’s disease.

The diamine oxidase enzyme is not a histamine blocker that works on the histamine receptors as anti histamines function. DAO actually enters the bloodstream and destroys excess histamines throughout the body. I could find no correlation between DAO enzyme and acetylcholine levels in my research.

Use 3% hydrogen peroxide as your primary mouthwash AND follow that with a nasal swab soaked in hydrogen peroxide.

Cheap and easy to reduce the risk of infection.

so, how many people are going to spray this stuff in each nostril three times a day for the rest of their lives?

Quite a lot of people have allergies and already use this, other sprays, and/or eyedrops once or twice a day as part of their allergy-season routine. Will everyone do it? No. But a pretty large portion of the populace does ar easily would.

How many other conspiracy theories do you believe in?

Name one conspiracy theory you believe I subscribe to, and define why it's a conspiracy theory.

Certain nasal sprays with iodine in them were very effective anti-C19. Mouth breathers will not be helped by povidone-iodine nasal sprays.

Certain nasal sprays containing iodine, particularly povidone-iodine, have shown some effectiveness in reducing the amount of viable SARS-CoV-2 (the virus responsible for COVID-19) in the nasal passages during clinical trials. Several studies and reviews found the following:

In laboratory settings (in vitro), povidone-iodine nasal sprays can rapidly inactivate SARS-CoV-2, with reductions in viral infectivity by up to 99.97% after seconds of exposure.

Clinical trials in humans have produced mixed results:

A 2024 Phase II clinical trial found that a 0.5% povidone-iodine nasal spray (Nasodine) given repeatedly over a few days significantly reduced the titers of viable virus in the nasal passages of COVID-19 patients, suggesting it could diminish viral transmission to others.

Other randomized, placebo-controlled studies found that while povidone-iodine nasal sprays were generally safe and well-tolerated, they did not always show a statistically significant reduction in the rate of recovery or total viral load compared to placebo groups, especially at lower concentrations.

You believe cancer is not being cured because Big Pharma makes too much money on it.

That is conspiracy theory number one. I was just wondering if you had more.

You believe cancer is not being cured because Big Pharma makes too much money on it.

What makes you think they don't? Did they not want to make more and more Covid vaccines in order to extend their repeat business with vaccines?

The drugs companies are not in business to just cure us of diseases; they also want to make as much money as they ca, ans will find many ways to extend their profit-making schemes.

That is conspiracy theory number one. I was just wondering if you had more.

You're the one that made it sound like I had multiple conspiracy theories I believed in, so, what are the others you had in mind that I believed in?

How about the one we heard so often in the 70’s during the oil crisis. Some guy invented a carburetor that would make trucks get 50 miles per gallon but Big Oil bought it and made it disappear.

Ingenious! Thanks!

Re caffeine destroying the DAO enzyme...I didn’t know that. I was taking DAO-gest prior to drinking coffee in an effort to offset any histaminic effect the coffee may be having. I’ll stop!
