That’s crazy! No murder charges. Yieks. I agree spiting is worse than a sandwich toss. Glad he lost his job. Hopefully the spitter does to.

Great optics for the democrat party. I wonder what federal agency he worked for?

Felonious Assault and Terrorism because of who he spat on, that should be good for 30 months in the Federal Pen.

Just heard a DC grand jury failed to indict the Subway sandwich thrower for assault on a federal agent.

Should just disbarred, and charged for just being on a scooter in the first place. Not even a scooter. Looks like an E-Bike.

Scott is an Equal Opportunity Specialist Scott is a dickless wonder incapable of performing any useful task ... Scott is a drain on society. We'd be better off if he were reassigned to counting puffins on Kiska or Attu.

Sandwich guy just got free from the grand jury who refused the charges. Not surprised. They over-charged; the facts of the case didn't add up to felony assault.

Exactly. They could have charged him with misdemeanor assault and battery ... likely gotten a conviction ... and put him in the hoosegow for 90 days or so. That would be a real attitude adjustment for a poofty little shrimp like him ...
Be interesting to see how they charge the spitter.
