She is not intellectually qualified to serve on The Supreme Court. She is not intellectually qualified to serve on any court. I'm not sure she is intellectually qualified to serve as a waitress on a sandwich truck. Calvinball? WTF?!

Her colleagues have clearly had enough. She now regularly writes diatribes that neither of her fellow liberals — Justices Sonia Sotomayor or Elena Kagan — are willing to sign on to.

If she has managed to alienate Sotomayor and Kagan that is really something.

KBJ was a bad pick by Joe Biden because her idiocy got Sotomayor and Kagan to agree with the Conservative Majority on a couple of decisions.

The other 8 should sit back and see what Ketanji wants — and then vote the other way. I’d like to see a lot of 8-1 decisions.

She needs to sing the “I’m Sorry” song.

Can’t they just vote her out of Fight Club?

And I didn't know Calvin & Hobbes was taught in law school. Is that right along with Torts and Con Law?!

It's already starting to happen.

DemocRAt judges are aptly described by the phrase, “Glittering jewels of colossal ignorance”.

In actuality, however, it’s worse, because we know that they know that their logic isn’t even on the level of mainstream press crap, but they pretend that it is...because one can always befuddle the mainstream media. After all...journalism degrees...Hello!!!

She didn’t, she is not a biologist.

And this is from The Hill - even they can see that Katoken has no business being in the Supreme Court building except as a charwoman (which she also couldn’t define).

Kadisha Jackson brown. Male or female? Don’t ask ‘her’ cause ‘she’ can’t define it. Useless? YUP! Epitome of dei.

That was obvious, she doesn’t know what a woman is, which puts her intellect below that of a 5 year old.

KBJ: “This is Calvinball jurisprudence with a twist. Calvinball has only one rule: There are no fixed rules. We seem to have two: that one, and this administration always wins.”

####################

It is NOT her job to keep political score, and by clear implication, she is allowing politics to guide her decision.

Her job is to interpret the Constitution. She is obviously NOT doing that. She is putting the political climate AHEAD of the Constitution.

Unfortunately, impeachment of a Supreme Court Justice requires a 2/3 vote of the US Senate, so that will never happen.

The three Republican senators who voted for Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson were:

Susan Collins of Maine

Lisa Murkowski of Alaska

Mitt Romney of Utah

The first rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club.

The second rule of Fight Club is: you do not talk about Fight Club.

Dems who support her don’t care what she says or writes, only what her vote produces. It’s the same with their hoped for voters: They don’t care if they’re educated - in fact, the less the better - only how they vote. Ditto illegal aliens: Doesn’t matter the economic, cultural or criminal effect, just the vote.

Because dems have only one rule: win.

FTA-—Jackson accused her colleagues of following a “new rule” that “they must always rule with Trump,” she herself is widely viewed as the very embodiment of the actual rule of the made-up game based on the comic strip of Calvin and Hobbes. In Jacksonian jurisprudence, it often seems like there are no fixed rules, only fixed outcomes. She then attacks her colleagues for a lack of integrity or empathy.

To quote Calvin, Jackson proves that “there’s no problem so awful that you can’t add some guilt to it and make it even worse.”

Jackson has attacked her colleagues in opinions, shattering USSC age-old traditions of civility and restraint. Her colleagues have clearly had enough. She now regularly writes diatribes that neither of her fellow liberals — Justices Sonia Sotomayor or Elena Kagan — are willing to sign on to. Indeed, she has raged against opinions that her liberal colleagues have joined.
