Is it too much to ask that Europe follow Bolivia’s lead?
Good, but socialism is never really defeated since it will always be popular with those who think they can get something for nothing.
The Milei Effect. Brazil, you’re next!
Socialists don’t give up power.
“Bolivians take their country back.”
Who gave it away?
Watching the "student led" protests in Serbia -- think color revolution -- there is much afoot, as the EU "Europe" is fighting on the streets, fighting in their faux parliament to sanction "member states" not in full accord with the EU Commission, and, as in Germany with the rise of the AfD, fighting to disenfranchise whole segments of a population.
One can imagine a coming "student-led" ( /sarc ) fight for "democracy" ( /sarc ) is in the works for Bolivia, even before their next administration takes control.
They understand now what we’ve learned.
I’m reminded of that old (70 years ago) high school football game cheer:
Push ‘em back,
Push ‘em back,
Push ‘em waaay back”.
Betcha Milei was a big influence.
Or Canada or Australia for that matter?!
Here’s hoping.
Not without a fight.
It’s time to start educating people on the con artistry of socialism and the abomination it truly is.
Great. Now all of the Socialists in Bolivia will have to sneak into America seeking Socialism where everything is free.
This is the wrong time to tariff that nation.
Sloppy journalism. One of our FRiends yesterday also pointed out that the Bolivian Congress was up for election. I’ve looked and, except for one AP article that acknowledges there was a congressional election, I see no reporting on results. Anyone have anything on that?
Finally! Good news.
That socialist pro-Russia Evo Morales was helped by Putin. Russia ALWAYS helps communist nations.
Russia allegedly meddled in Bolivia’s controversial election
https://qz.com/1749788/russia-allegedly-helped-evo-morales-in-bolivian-election
A Russian state company sent around 10 spin doctors to Bolivia beginning in mid-2019 to help the incumbent president Evo Morales win last month’s allegedly rigged election, according to an investigation by independent Russian publication Proekt.
Socialism is communism with training wheels.
Anyone wanna bet that the Indian commie trash was trained by Catholic priest?
Must be difficult, after the success in Argentina, to sell ‘Socialism’ in South Central South America.
Bolivia will prosper like Argentina did.
