If New Yorkers want to reduce crime, their best bet is Curtis Sliwa.
Unfortunately, Adams is a bench warmer for the next chapter of “Escape From NY”.
Per the venue’s website, it closes on 3AM on Saturdays.
Why were patrons still there?
When did calls start coming in?
Meh...it isn’t Adams’ fault this shooting took place and according to the police commissioner this type of crime is down in NYC.
But the “media” has some really good news. Crime is down. ROTFL! We never should have let the politicians “legalize and tax the hell out of” marijuana.

...The shooting happened just before 3:30 a.m. inside the lounge at 903 Franklin Avenue.
Officers arrived within minutes to the first 911 calls and found numerous gunshot victims inside of the location.
The victims, eight men and three women, ranged age from 27 to 61...
This one sounds like the restaurater was late on his “rent” to the mob.
In NYC they call that “Sunday Morning”.
In Chicago they call it a quiet morning.
Their ONLY bet.
“Now youse can’t leave.”
If the photos of the place on Yelp are any indication, this was a gang hit. Hardly a random shooting.
I saw that.
But the venue’s website states that it closes at 3 AM on Saturdays.
I would think last call is before that.
Why were patrons still there after three AM?
Or was something else going on after hours...
How’d it taste G?
Bittersweet baby, bittersweet.
Yep. A gun fight doesn’t just break out in a Italian restaurant at 3 AM Most likely a gang shooting. Recall that Crazy Joe Gallo was shot down in Umberto’s Clam House in Little Italy in 1972. He had it coming.
“They’ve got an old-fashioned toilet....”
Tom, the godfather was slowing down. Could we have gotten to him before. Make the deal tom.
“’We have the lowest number of shooting incidents and shooting victims seven months into the year we’ve seen on record in the city of New York,’ she said.”
So they have changed how they report shootings and now the numbers look better?
