Bets on Adam Schiff playing the “antisemitism” card.

Just curious, what are the consequences to him if found guilty?

Look forward to
“The bulging eyes.
The twisted mouth.”
—song Strange Fruit by Lewis Allen as sung by Billie Holliday in 1939.
(I’m not serious).
He’ll get away with everything, of course.

This crime is so small compared to his many other crimes.

Didn’t Obama get away with real estate fraud but just saying he did “something stupid” or some such?

Agree.
But you need irrefutable, documented evidence.
Think of it as analogous to when they took down Al Capone for “tax evasion”.

Mitch McDeere: I got mine, Wayne, you get the rest of them.
Wayne Tarrance: Get ‘em with what? Overbilling, mail fraud? Oh, that’s exciting.
Mitch McDeere: It’s not sexy, but it’s got teeth! Ten thousand dollars and five years in prison. That’s ten and five for each act. Have you really looked at that? You’ve got every partner in the firm on overbilling. There’s two hundred fifty acts of documented mail fraud there. That’s racketeering! That’s minimum one thousand, two hundred fifty years in prison and half a million dollars in fines. That’s more than you had on Capone.

Wouldn’t be a shame if he got convicted and sent to prison where he was gang raped by Bubba and the boys?
I mean that would just awful. Let’s hope that doesn’t happen. Thank you.

A) If his primary residence is Msryland, why is he representing Commiefornia?
2) How much did he avoid in mortgage interest payments by claiming his Maryland residence as his primary residence?

Did he evade any taxes by claiming his Maryland residence as his primary residence?
Or is tax evasion a thing anymore?

The typical mortgage rate differential would be 0.25-0.50% more on a $610,000 mortgage, or starting out in 2003 at $1,525-$3,050 or more per year.
Additionally, Schiff took a homeowner's tax exemption for a California condo claiming it as the primary residence, saving about $7,000 annually on property taxes there.

gang raped by Bubba and the boys Early in my career, I did a lot if criminal law. One of the most under reported stories is the rape of white inmates by blacks. It is ubiquitous. I literally had a number of black clients tell my that it isn't gay if they aren't the “catchers”. A common practice was for 5 blacks to team up against a white. Each would hold a leg or arm. The fifth would rape. After the fifth finished, they would change positions and so on…. A number of prison guards acknowledged that this was common practice. They generally wouldn't interfere.
