Adam has no worries. A friendly federal judge will dismiss any case as the mortgage documents were the result of “clerical error”.

The “false statement” made by Schiff was in 2013. Just because he was making payments on that loan up until 2019 does not bring it within the statute of limitations. The criminal act occurred in 2013 when he made false affirmations on loan documents.
