Based on that, any other movie should max about at 1 hour 30 minutes. 1:45 tops.
Perhaps.
Except that “The Bible” didn’t cover the entire Bible.
If “Atlas Shrugged” left out John Galt’s speech, we might be able to get it into 90 minutes! LOL!
is there a corporate website with details on how to invest?
The problem was they couldn’t keep the actors from one movie to another. Probably because no one was sure 2 and 3 would happen.
Average audience got confused. And they didn’t tell the story well.
The best movie made for a Rand novel was The Fountainhead with Gary Cooper and Patricia Neal.

will do.
I read that original actors were pressured not to do the 2nd film. Those that did the 2nd film likewise felt pressure not to do the 3rd. All along there was the distribution problem, we do a film if no one sees your work.
That would work! Plenty of examples of government interference and socialist\environmentalism hyperventilating there.
Brokeback WHAT???

Movies are notoriously bad investments. Yes, some investors make money. But there are many better investments for the risk and return.
People are drawn to movie-making because of the glamour and fame, the opportunity to have a voice and share a message, and even the hope of making the world a better place.
On a positive note, the cost of making movies continues to drop. Anyone who has an interest should focus on learning how to tell great stories. That will most often win more than any other strategy.
Also, learn the art form. Too many people who enter this field wrongly assume that studying the craft of filmmaking is a waste of time. Those who can bend the rules and innovate are those who took the time to understand the language of film and its emotional impact.
