I can see the DOJ getting an indictment against Obama and his co-conspirators and Trump issuing Obama a pardon. The others must go to prison.
I want anyone to explain to me how Obama or any of his crew gets convicted.
It is a near certainty that the trial would have to happen in DC. That is one of the most partisan circuits in the country. The city is 42% black, and well over 90% Democrat in the last election. There simply will not be a conviction.
Even if you move it out of DC, you will never have a jury without at least one Democrat.
This is just Trump putting on a show. Maybe the show has a point, but in the end, it is just a reality show.
And the constitution specifies a very specific definition of treason. This is not it. But it’s a good distraction from the Epstein file, and the JFK file, in the budget busting BBB, and Palantir, going all in for Ukraine, and bombing Iran. I think the Epstein thing really got their attention. So they need distraction.

Respectfully to PDJT47, Congress has always had the power to impeach and remove corrupt presidents from office, but did not do so with Obama. To the contrary, Congress arguably protected two term Obama (alleged rigged elections aside). So corrupt career lawmakers are as guilty of treason as Obama allegedly is imo.
Since we cannot expect the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress to police itself, it's up to us patriots to primary all state and federal candidates for public office in 2026 midterms, supporting only those candidates who publicly promise to support Trump in leading the states to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th Amendments.
The 16th Amendment is the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow for organized crime, front-ended by deep state Congress imo.
We'll call the repeal amendment Trump's Boston Tea Party II Amendment.
Once unconstitutional federal taxing and spend is stopped, the states will ultimately find a tsunami of new revenues that they probably won't know what to do with imo, healthcare and education on the short list of priorities.
